Return / Refund Policy

If you find something wrong with your MyDomz skull cap, you can send it back for a full refund.  Once the product is received, we'll refund your money.

All returns should be shipped to Collegiate MyDomz, 1 South 072 Luther Ave., Lombard, IL 60148

If your MyDomz cap has a flaw or is damaged in anyway, please take a picture of it, attach it in an email and send it to info@mydomz.com.  After we review and confirm that the product is defective, we will immediately ship out a new MyDomz cap to you.

Cancellation Policy

If the order is canceled by an email to info@mydomz.com before it ships, the item is fully refundable, including shipping.  Once the item is shipped you must go through the return procedure to gain a refund.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

Collegiate MyDomz ships globally via the US Postal Service.  We ship to all (50) states within the US.  MyDomz leverages the United States Postal Service and UPS for all International Shipping.  Therefore international orders adhere to USPS and UPS shipping policies.
